Systems Analysis and Design

• Analyzed and expanded/designed the functional and technical specifications of STORM Consulting’s web-enabled 360-degree performance evaluation system which allows users to customize and target evaluation surveys according to various filters such as position and/or departments, as well as assign customized weights to all results generated by the system
• Analyzed and expanded an extensive, customizable and web-enabled flexible benefits management system for STORM Consulting that allows companies to fully customize their offered benefits according to their specifications, track enrollment and usage of benefit packages owned by an unlimited number of employees, and generate forms and reports for verification and decision-making
• Led project team in analyzing and coming up with new functional and technical specifications for The Fanlistings Network, a very large web directory staffed by over 60 volunteer staffers and listing approximately 45,000 websites, with the primary aim to streamline and aid staffer roles and duties

Project Management

• Managed timeline and milestones, client expectations, and project team requirements for the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’s (BSP) Website Enhancement Project as part of Ecommsite Solutions’ core team
• Facilitated and managed development team, timeline and milestones, overall discussion, design, and methodology of The Fanlisting Network’s webdirectory system upgrade as the network’s lead developer
• Managed development of STORM Consulting’s third product line, the 360-degree performance evaluation system, as part of STORM Consulting’s core team

System Implementation

• Implemented the flexible benefits management system from the ground up according to system specification and design, as part of STORM Consulting’s core team
• Implemented an XML-to-HTML parser according to specifications for Blue Barracuda, a UK-based company, using PHP’s command-line interface (CLI), as part of Ecommsite Solutions’ core team
• Implemented Enthusiast, a linkware, full-featured, customizable and flexible members listing/collective management script, specially designed for fanlistings
